[Permission details]

Access rights are divided into essential access rights and optional access rights. We check your consent when using this function.

* Required access rights

- Phone: Permission to extract device ID from forgery prevention module (security)

- Storage: Permission to store and view black box photos and public certificates

* Optional access rights

- App displayed above other apps: Permissions required to use visible ARS

☞ You can use the service even if you do not agree to granting optional access rights.

[Privilege withdrawal information]

- Unwanted permissions can be revoked only for Android 6.0 or higher devices.

- You can withdraw from Settings > Applications > DB Insurance Direct > Permissions screen.

- When saving and calling permissions (required permissions) are revoked, use of the application may be restricted.

[Notice]

Since the consent method for the Android operating system has changed significantly since version 6.0, please use the software update function in your smartphone to check whether your smartphone's operating system can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or higher. Additionally, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed to in the existing app do not change, so to reset the access permissions, you must delete and reinstall the already installed app.

* If you falsify the application or use an arbitrarily modified smartphone, normal service provision will be restricted.

[Visible ARS use consent and permission information]

For the visible ARS service provided by Colgate Co., Ltd., consent to the use of your information and consent to access rights is required.

If you do not wish to receive the service after agreeing, please contact customer service (080-135-1136).

The collected mobile phone number is used only for user identification to provide visible ARS services, and if you do not wish to use it, you will be denied consent by selecting the reject button.

Even if you do not agree to the provision of the service, you can use the app normally.

If you agree to use it, you will be taken to the settings screen to grant necessary permissions and permission to display above other apps.

How to change display permission settings over other apps

Device Settings > Applications > DB Insurance Direct > Display above other apps > Allow permissions On/Off

The DB Insurance app collects/uses/shares information about apps installed on smartphone devices to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (Restrict app use when detecting an app requiring attention)

* In principle, the DB Insurance app does not collect sensitive information that may infringe on the customer's privacy, and when necessary, collects it with the customer's separate consent and uses it only for the purpose of consent.
